Residents can submit maintenance requests online through the DoorLoop app. After logging in select “Service Issues” in the menu bar and then select “Add Service Issues.”

Online maintenance requests are NOT for maintenance emergencies. If you have a maintenance emergency please contact Tony Wulff at 419-359-4053. If you are calling after normal business hours then an emergency maintenance number will be provided.
